Terms and Conditions
Shahi Catering Pty Ltd specialises in authentic South Indian cuisine. All food is prepared fresh to order for events ranging from 30 to 700 guests. We provide full catering services including cooking, delivery, and serving of food. We do offer plain food delivery without service unless specifically agreed in writing.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking, with the balance due at least 7 days prior to the event. Final guest numbers and menu must be confirmed at least 7 days before the function. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in the full amount being charged.
We take no responsibility for any leftover food kept and consumed by the client after the event. All food is best consumed on the day it is served. While we accommodate vegetarian and common dietary requests where possible, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Our liability is limited to the total value of the confirmed order.
